Privacy Policy

Effective Date: September 23, 2026. Your creativity is personal, and so is your data.

1. 100% Local & Private by Design

At AR Drawing (ardrawing.site), we believe your creative space should be completely private. Our tool runs 100% directly inside your web browser.

Unlike many other apps, we do not upload your photos, custom sketches, or artwork to any database or external server. When you select or drop an image to trace, it stays strictly inside your device's memory and local browser cache.

2. Camera Feed & Zero Recording

To give you the Augmented Reality tracing experience, our app asks for permission to access your device's camera:

  • Real-Time Overlay Only: Your camera feed is used strictly to display the live paper guide on your screen so you can trace sketches with precision.
  • No Server Uploads or Cloud Storage: We never record, stream, or save your camera video to any server or database. All processing happens on your device's GPU/CPU.

3. Why We Use Google Analytics & Microsoft Clarity

To make AR Drawing faster, smoother, and bug-free for creators worldwide, we use two trusted industry-standard analytics tools:

  • Google Analytics: Helps us see general traffic metrics, popular sketch templates, and page load performance.
  • Microsoft Clarity: Helps us understand how users navigate the site, detect broken user interfaces, and spot errors so we can fix them quickly.

Important: Our analytics tools do not collect your personal photos, camera feed, or private drawings. Google Analytics runs when you visit the site. Microsoft Clarity runs only if you previously accepted analytics tracking.

4. User Feedback & Communications

If you voluntarily choose to contact us or share feedback via our feedback modal or contact form, we only use the provided email and message to answer your queries and enhance the app. We never sell, rent, or trade your contact info with third parties.

5. Your Control & Data Freedom

You can clear your browser storage and cookies anytime to wipe locally cached templates and settings. “Got it” only confirms that you have read the cookie notice; it does not switch Google Analytics on or off. Visitors in the UK and Europe can choose “Reject” to disable further Google Analytics tracking.

6. Contact Us

If you have any questions, suggestions, or concerns regarding your privacy while using AR Drawing, feel free to reach out to us directly through our Contact Page.
