DMCA & Copyright Protection
Effective Date: July 6, 2026. Intellectual property protection and dispute resolution guidelines.
1. Intellectual Property & Design Ownership
All User Interface (UI) designs, graphic elements, layout structures, visual themes, custom templates, underlying codebase, and original assets presented on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of the website owner.
Every design component has been custom-developed to provide a unique, premium experience. Any unauthorized reproduction, imitation, cloning, or distribution of our proprietary design elements or code represents a violation of international copyright laws and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
2. Notice of Copyright Infringement & Reporting
We deeply respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any content, template, or image hosted on this platform infringes upon a copyright owned by you or an entity you represent, you are required to contact us first to resolve the matter in good faith.
How to report a copyright concern:
Please submit a detailed notice via our Contact Page. Include a description of the copyrighted work, a link to the allegedly infringing page, and your contact details. We commit to reviewing and addressing verified claims within 48 to 72 hours.
3. Abuse of Takedown Notices & Section 512(f) Penalties
Filing a direct DMCA takedown notice, copyright complaint, or search engine de-indexing request without attempting prior contact or verified communication is strictly discouraged and monitored.
Important Warning: Under Section 512(f) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent international legal frameworks, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be held liable for damages, including attorney fees and litigation costs incurred by the alleged infringer or website owner.
In the event of a direct, bad-faith copyright filing without prior contact, we reserve the right to immediately submit a formal Counter-Notice, restore the content, and pursue all available legal remedies to recover damages resulting from business disruption, reputational harm, and associated legal fees.
4. Compliance & Updates
This policy is designed to maintain a fair, legal, and respectful creative environment. We may update this policy periodically to ensure compliance with updated laws and to reflect changes in how we operate. Your continued use of the platform constitutes agreement to the dispute resolution pathways outlined herein.
